1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Klaver Express website, mobile application, or any services provided by Klaver Express LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 112 Salem Avenue, Carbondale, PA 18407, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Shipping Services

Klaver Express provides domestic and international logistics, freight, warehousing, and delivery services. All shipments are subject to our service-level agreements, weight and dimension restrictions, and applicable customs regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates applicable law or our internal policies.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, security, or other factors beyond our control. Klaver Express shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delayed deliveries.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items that are illegal, hazardous (unless approved in advance), perishable without proper packaging, or otherwise prohibited by federal, state, or local law. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request. Klaver Express reserves the right to inspect packages and refuse shipments that violate these restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Quotes are estimates based on declared weight, dimensions, and destination. Actual charges may differ based on verified measurements. Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in a separate enterprise contract.

6. Insurance and Liability

All shipments include basic coverage up to the declared value (minimum $100 USD). Additional insurance is available at the time of booking. Our maximum liability for any shipment shall not exceed the declared value or $5,000 USD, whichever is less, unless supplemental insurance has been purchased. Klaver Express is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging by the sender.

7. Claims

Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. Claims should be submitted through your dashboard or by contacting support at support@klaverxpress.com. All claims require supporting documentation including photos, receipts, and a detailed description of the issue. Claims are processed within 5 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Klaver Express platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of Klaver Express LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any pending shipments will be completed as per the original booking terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
